1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by MUNZALLIN IMPRINTS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. Please read them carefully.

 

 2. Services Provided

We provide publishing and printing services including, but not limited to, book publishing, magazine production, custom printing, and digital content creation for flyers, brochure and business cards. All services are delivered according to the specifications agreed upon during the order process.

 

 3. Order and Payment
  • Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing and will only be processed once full payment is received.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is required in full before the commencement of any work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, there will be no refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in order, or dissatisfaction with the final product. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review all proofs and specifications before finalizing the order.

 

5. Proofing and Approval
  • Proofing: Prior to printing, we will provide a digital proof of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the proof for errors, including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, and layout.
  • Approval: Printing will only proceed after we receive written approval from the customer. We are not liable for errors or omissions that are approved by the customer in the final proof.

 

 6. Delivery and Shipping
  • Shipping Terms: All products are shipped via Sea Freight Cargo to the address provided at the time of order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Damage During Delivery: In the event that products are damaged during shipping, we will provide extra prints at no additional cost, subject to the customer providing photographic evidence of the damage within [10 days] of receiving the product.
  • Delivery Time: We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

7. Quality and Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, due to the nature of printing, slight variations in color and paper quality may occur. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for reprints.

 

 8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to the services provided, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

 9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the customer for printing and publishing must be owned by the customer or properly licensed. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

 

 10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

 11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
